| Bot hunter was a log file analyzer I made before google
analytics became available. It was first made to track the bots
crawling your website. I then implemented a page report, to get all
the information for a page of the website and a bunch of other
tools. Now, I prefer to keep my analyzer for myself... sorry. Google also decided to drop most of the site's
pages, only 7 were not in the supplemental index. All pages that had
a link were grayed out. I'm not going to work on fixing this nofollow issue on a site that only cost me money anyway... so... I
tossed the windows hosting and just used an addon domain on an other
of my Linux hosting... also, even if you say what links you
accept, you get tons of submissions that do not fit the rules and
all the spam that goes with it. Every time I revised the links, a
bunch would have been removed or tampered with... so I fixed this
and zapped the site.
Like most know, you usually cause your own problems
by linking to sites that aren't fit. Maybe they were when you looked
at them, but some changed vocation after and lots just manipulate
the link to your site. Far too much time is involved in backlink
monitoring for my taste now. And of course link exchange isn't doing
it anymore, not that I did much of that... I kept this site cause
the link stuff was automated... In all my sites, only the ones with
link pages were a pain.
I might recycle this domain and just use it to talk
about some SEO stuff and website building
information.
